How to use the forum effectively (Start here)

Welcome! This quick guide shows how to get great answers fast.

1) Post in the right place
- Pick the sub-forum that best matches your topic (e.g. clinic choice, recovery, costs).
- If unsure, choose the closest fit; moderators can move threads if needed.

2) Write clear, specific titles
- Good: "FUE 2500 grafts, 6 months update – crown density questions"
- Avoid: "Help please" or "Urgent".

3) Use the search before posting
- Search by technique, surgeon/clinic, and month post-op (e.g. "FUE shock loss 2 weeks").
- Many common questions already have detailed answers and photos.

4) Share the key context up front
- Age, type of hair loss, meds (fin/min), prior procedures, goals.
- If you had surgery: date, technique (FUE/FUT/DHI), grafts, areas treated, clinic/surgeon (optional).

5) Photo tips (for feedback that actually helps)
- Same angles, same distance, neutral lighting. Include front, top, crown, donor.
- For updates: use the same angles each month so progress is comparable.

6) Be respectful & on topic
- Debate ideas, not people. No harassment, spam, or undisclosed promotions.
- If you see a problem, use Report and a mod will review.
